Social Media Marketing and Management Rates
We get a lot of questions about social media. Most frequently, it is about the cost.
What will set up of a blog/Facebook fan page/Twitter cost me? How much do you charge for social media marketing? What is your price per Friend or Follower?
The answer is never clear cut and depends on several factors, including:
- What are your goals and expectations regarding social media?
- Will there be frequent personal interaction with your audience, or are you looking for a way to get on social media because you have to and really don’t have the time or interest in actually being involved?
- What can you do yourself? Can you handle writing your posts and tweets in-house, or will you need to outsource some of the work?
- What is the length of the project?
When we manage your social media campaign, we try to be the best possible representation of you and your business. We don’t sell things like “1000 Facebook Fans Guaranteed” or just spam Twitter with nothing but links to your website. We do whatever is most appropriate and useful – to you, your business and your customers.
It is nearly impossible to give any business or organization an accurate quote without talking about the above and much more. If you just need us to get you up and running and turn you loose on the world of social media, we can do that too – and we will be there when you need help or advice in the future, too.
Here are some prices for basic social media setups, if that is all you are going to have us do and you will take care of the operation and use of the accounts. We will do the set up if you don’t have the time or know how to do it yourself. Prices will vary up or down depending on your needs, or if included as part of a larger internet marketing strategy (as it should be).
Set up a Facebook Fan Page or Business Page with your logo and other content to blend with your existing branding and corporate identity. We’ll work with you on what you should and should not do, where things should go, etc: $350
Launch a new presence on Twitter – set up your profile to match the look of your website or brand: $200
YouTube Channel Set Up and Brand Customization: $250
Other social media sites like FourSquare, LinkedIn, and others can be set up in the same price range.
Special: Add Google +1, Facebook Like, Tweet and other Social Sharing Buttons: Only $25
Again, these are just ballpark estimates for a few of the most basic parts of the foundation for your social media strategy and are definitely NOT the limit of what we do.
